School leadership & improvement planning

Writing the self-evaluation, setting the action plan, and keeping the evidence that shows whether it worked.

Getting the paperwork, the evidence and the staff ready, and sitting with inspectors on the day. Rated Good at every inspection cycle since 2014.

Mapping EYFS and CAIE primary provision against UAE requirements, then adjusting it for the children actually in the year group.

Watching lessons, giving feedback a teacher can use on Monday, and running the training myself, on campus and online.

Tracking attainment and progress across the section, and changing provision when the numbers say something is not working.

Working with teachers across FS2 to Year 6 on what happens in the room: pace, questioning, and how much the children actually do.

Timetables, staffing, admissions and budgets, plus the day-to-day running of the section with the senior team.

Reports, meetings and the everyday messages that tell a parent how their child is doing, in Arabic or English.

Consultations and inspection reviews, or training built for your staff. Based in Sharjah, UAE and working online.
