Getting the paperwork, the evidence and the staff ready, and sitting with inspectors on the day. Rated Good every cycle since 2014.
Curriculum design & alignment
Mapping EYFS and CAIE primary provision against UAE requirements, then adjusting it for the children actually in the year group.
Staff coaching & professional development
Watching lessons, giving feedback a teacher can use on Monday, and running the training myself, on campus and online.
Assessment & student progress
Tracking attainment and progress across the section, and changing provision when the numbers say something is not working.
